4. Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly, typically within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

  • Luna Kudi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • We only accept returns or offer replacements for manufacturing defects, and only with a valid unboxing video.

  • The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning in a single, unedited take.

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return or replacement request.

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject claims after verification.
