🚚 Shipping Timeframes

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations (India): 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Currently, we ship only within India.

💸 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499
For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹50 shipping charge will apply at checkout.

🔁 Order Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched. You can follow your package using the link provided.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to festivals, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen events. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Luna Kudi is not liable for third-party delays but will assist you with any issues.
