At Luna Kudi, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a replacement or return, subject to the terms below.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof — the video must begin before the package is opened and show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.

Damage due to mishandling, wear and tear, breakage after use, or incorrect storage.

No claims will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.

Minor imperfections, colour variations, or slight design differences due to handmade/handcrafted nature.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping or replacement process.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
