Refund policy


At Luna Kudi, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a replacement or return, subject to the terms below.

Eligible for Replacement or Return

  • Only items with a genuine manufacturing defect.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof — the video must begin before the package is opened and show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.

Not Eligible

  • Damage due to mishandling, wear and tear, breakage after use, or incorrect storage.

  • No claims will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.

  • Minor imperfections, colour variations, or slight design differences due to handmade/handcrafted nature.

📦 How to Request a Replacement/Return

  1. Email us at lunakudi@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8851717269 within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, the unboxing video, and clear images of the defect.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping or replacement process.

🔁 Exchange Timeline

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • We do not offer refunds to original payment methods — only exchanges or store credit are provided (if applicable).
